Warranty and Return Policy


  • All products are covered for 12 months from date of purchase
  • Warranty claims cover and fault, defect or failure occurring as a result of the manufacture process
  • Warranty does not apply to faults as a result of misuse or wear and tear
  • product under warranty will be covered at our expense
  • product out of warranty will still be repaired ,but the cost of repairs including return freight will be charged to the customer

If a warranty issue arises we offer the following

  1. To repair any fault wherever possible to factory standards
  2. Where a repair is not possible we will replace the product with the same or similar
  3. In the case of a repair or replacement not been possible we will exchange it for any of products of the same valve of the original purchase price
  4. If none of the above solutions is possible then you have the option of receiving a full refund or credit

Warranty Claims/Returns

  • Here is the process
  • If you believe a problem has arisen either
  • Contact us directly by email or down load the warranty /returns form
  • We will then contact you directly
    (because a lot of what we sell is of a highly technical nature a lot of warranty issues can be resolved without the need to return the product)

Goods Returned

  • Must be accompanied by a completed returns form. If you cannot do this please include the following… Purchasers name… Address… email address… Ph numbers and sales order number if known
  • Please return goods well packaged by Parcel courier of your choice. Our return address is shown on the return goods form
  • Keep a record of your shipment until you have received confirmation of receipt from us.
  • On receipt of the product we will assess the warranty claim and contact you as to the actions required
